We appreciate this isn't ideal, but to ensure the safety of everyone in the area, we have to deploy several road closures around Otterspool Prom on 08/08/26.
During the times of light restrictions, we have worked to ensure residents can leave/enter their street despite the road closures.
That said, from 21:00 there becomes some hard restrictions that are unavoidable. Unfortunately, after this time, even with a pass you cannot enter or leave until 23:59.
The deadline to apply for a Resident Access Pass is 3rd August 2026.
Please note, the maximum vehicle passes per home is 3.
We will aim to deliver all Resident Access Passes, however undelivered passes will also be collectable from the Box Office.
IMPORTANT: Collection will require a named proof of address such as a driver's license.
